BIRK'S DRAFTING SOLUTIONS LTD.


Birk’s Drafting Solutions is a residential design and drafting company specializing in custom home plans.  The company was established in 2003 and is based in the beautiful town of Elora, Ontario.  The company was founded and is operated by Chad Birk, a Professional Designer and graduate of the Architectural Technology program from Fanshawe College.

Chad has over 15 years of experience in the residential construction industry and hundreds of completed plans.  He can be trusted to take care of any residential project.  With a knowledge and understanding of building codes and building practices, you can be assured that each plan will be accurate, as well as accepted and approved by your local Building Department.

Birk’s Drafting Solutions is registered with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.  We are also licensed and insured to provide our design services, which is a requirement of the Ontario Building Code Act.  The company is qualified as a small building designer and maintains a BCIN certification.

A graduate of the Architectural Technology program at Fanshawe College, Chad has 15 years of experience as a draftsperson.

Registered with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing as a Designer with an Ontario Building Code BCIN certification in Small Buildings.

Chad lives in the beautiful town of Elora, Ontario with his wife and two children.
